How long is the voucher valid?

Can I give a voucher for two?
Yes — massages and rituals have a two-person option, in the same room.
What if I don't know what to choose?
The Gift Certificate works for any treatment; the recipient chooses.
Is it refundable?
No. Any unused balance is reissued as a new voucher with the same expiry.
I bought a voucher for a duration that no longer exists.
It is honoured on the closest current duration (for example 75 → 80 min).
Do you have spa day vouchers?
Yes: a 90- or 120-minute ritual is a spa day in itself — hammam, scrub, wrap and massage — and the Gift Certificate lets them combine a massage, a facial and the Thermal Suite in one visit.
