Gift vouchers are issued in PDF and sent immediately by email (automated process);Experience gift vouchers/e-vouchers will contain a monetary value or treatment service.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Any unused gift voucher balances will be reissued to the voucher recipient as a new voucher with the original expiry date applicable.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days).
Physical version of the vouchers are available at our reception or can be delivered by post. Please let us know if do you prefer this way, by default vouchers are sent only by e-mail.
